The Elisyan team handled “SGEI Midterm Virtual meeting 2020” held on 15th & 16th August 2020 for us. The team was professional, prompt in their communication that was clearly reflected in the execution of seamless and flawless management and coordination.
All the finer details were done with utmost sincerity during the planning phase and trial runs. Individual requests were managed with personal attention which otherwise becomes chaotic in a conference of this magnitude, especially when you have 3,200+ delegates registered.
The team was very receptive to any feedback for improvisation and truly their presence is valuable for the organisers.
As an organiser, hosting a conference on a Virtual Platform with elements of a Physical Conference (making this conference a truly HYBRID event) was not an easy decision and required meticulous planning. For which it was important to have a PCO (Professional Conference Organiser) who could understand and respond to the requirements with a high degree of reliability.
I was pleased to have engaged Elisyan India Pvt. Ltd. who provided excellent services in all aspects, right from website designing which was appreciated by one & all, to the post conference closure. The conference was managed with near perfection and has earned wide appreciation from all the speakers and delegates. The team also handled the last-minute requirements very professionally leaving no scope for any glitches. I can’t recall of anything which required improvement.

The Midwest Group meeting is a regional meeting with speakers from multiple states in the Midwestern parts of United States and had participants from all over the United States & a few from other countries as well. The Elisyan team was brilliant from the design of the platform, organisation, contacting the vendors for their information to sending out invites to the registered delegates; coordinated with the speakers to record lectures ahead of time, though it was an inconvenient time for them operating from India. Most importantly they were able to respond to any changes in real time and ultimately delivered a platform that was stellar.
I have worked with several companies at various meetings, both in person & virtual environment. Elisyan team will be my preferred choice for a team to host either virtual or meeting. Their professionalism was exemplary and I wholeheartedly endorse Elisyan and will be working with them at future conferences as well.
